Co-founder and CEO
Andrew is responsible for the overall strategy and performance of the business, and works closely with the team to support our clients and healthcare data providers. Previously, he was the SVP of Healthcare Value Solutions for IMS Health. Among the organizations reporting to Andrew were Health Economics and Outcomes Research Services, Real World Evidence Solutions, Payer and Provider Services, Clinical Trial Optimization Solutions, and Government Services. In addition, he created the company’s mobile health offerings and designed their emerging genomics strategy. Prior to IMS, Andrew was the CEO of SDI Health—the recognized leader in clinical and transactional healthcare data-based analytics—prior to its acquisition by IMS Health in 2011. During his tenure, SDI developed and grew one of the largest linked de-identified healthcare data assets available and became the nation’s second largest pharmaceutical informatics concern with over 600 employees servicing hundreds of clients. Andrew’s track record at SDI included multiple strategic acquisitions that enabled the company to continuously drive growth and shareholder value. He is also involved as an investor and advisor to a number of other healthcare start-ups. Andrew holds a B.A. in English from Yale University.

Andrew is responsible for the day-to-day operations and performance excellence of the company. He was formerly the SVP Strategy and Marketing for Dialogic, responsible for corporate development and global marketing, which he sold to Novacap. He was previously the Vice President, Corporate Development for Avaya which was sold to Silverlake/TPG. Andrew also co-founded Eziaz, a venture-backed broadband access company, and held various roles at Comcast, Bain & Company and Diageo. He is passionate about new ideas or resources being combined to create amazing outcomes, is a lifelong Flyers fan, and an avid runner. Andrew holds an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School and a BA with Honors in History from the University of Pennsylvania.
Director of People Operations
Amanda is responsible for identifying and attracting high-impact people and helping them to grow professionally. She’s passionate about building a collaborative culture and engaging people to make a difference. Her past experience includes working as a network engineer at GE, as well as leading recruiting efforts at AWeber and MeetMe. Amanda volunteers at high schools to inspire students to pursue software development courses and also leads a tech meetup for women. She holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Penn State.
Chief Data Scientist
Austin’s passion is to provide disruptive new technology for emerging fields. His career has followed a zig-zagged path between large corporations and scrappy start-ups. He has worked on all sides of privacy and analytics for big data, and firmly believes that you do not have to sacrifice excellence in one to achieve the other. Austin spends his free time teaching intelligent systems, including two robots, three cats, and one daughter. He holds a PhD from Duke University and a BA from New College of Florida.
Cree combines her passion for people with her love for software code. She spends her time customizing software for healthcare data providers while walking them through every step of our process. She is passionate about her team and working together to build great software. Outside of work, Cree loves to volunteer, camp and spend time with her greyhound. She holds a BS in Computer Science from Lock Haven University.
UX/UI Lead Designer
David is a multi-disciplined digital designer with a focus UI and UX design. For the past 8 years he’s worked on a wide variety of interactive and digital projects with an emphasis on combining inventive design solutions with clear and effective communication. Account Director, Life Sciences
Dennis is responsible for helping our Life Sciences clients leverage HealthVerity’s innovative solutions to address their most pressing business needs. In his 20+ years of working for companies such as AstraZeneca, IMS Health and Premier Inc., Dennis has gained valuable experience working across virtually all types of healthcare data. In addition, exposure to consumer data sets during his time at Nielsen enables a unique viewpoint for clients trying to better understand the interdependencies across patients, providers, payers, hospitals, and retailers. He holds a B.S. in Engineering from Rutgers University and an M.B.A in Marketing from Drexel University. When he is not working with clients, he can usually be found cheering his kids on in their various activities.
Vice President, Strategic Partnerships and Innovation
Dominique is responsible for helping companies leverage our technology and services to improve the access and efficacy of healthcare data. Prior to HealthVerity, Dominique was Senior Director, Global Commercial Information Management at Biogen where she was responsible for unifying information and its use across the enterprise. She led key initiatives such as patient and prescriber mastering, specialty pharmacy data aggregation, commercial measurement and reporting strategy, and sales and marketing data management. Dominique also led information strategy, technology and commercial operations for Ironwood Pharmaceuticals. Dominique spent time on the supplier side of the industry serving as Vice President & General Manager within Epsilon’s (ADS) pharmaceutical practice. She is a graduate of Lehigh University College of Business and Economics.
As a developer, Gabe leverages his Python experience from his time as a particle physics researcher. After earning his MS in Physics from Temple University, he made the move toward software engineering, merging his passion for code with the thrill of solving complex problems. When not coding, Gabe is usually riding his motorcycle, hiking with his dog, or watching pre-1970s horror films.
Greg’s passion is building new technology. He has a background in theoretical algorithms, and enjoys finding ways to apply cutting edge research to software development. Outside of work, he loves to cook and find new restaurants. On the weekends you can usually find him wandering around in search of good food. Greg holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University.
Ilia is a full-stack developer passionate about squeezing every ounce of speed out of software. After spending the first six years of his career in the online advertising industry, he decided to pivot into healthcare. When not in the office, Ilia can be found shopping for the next addition to his funny shirt collection or obsessing over his latest random hobby. He holds a Masters in Computer Engineering from Drexel University.
Jeremy has a wide variety of infrastructure operations experience in the healthcare and event management industries. When not working, he can be found looking for new beers to enjoy or going on a walk with his hound dog, Stout. Jeremy holds a BS in Business Information Technology from Virginia Tech.
Joe is a true computer geek at heart with a passion for working with data. Fresh out of college, he has practical experience in software development, data analytics, and even bioinformatics. John leads the teams responsible for the engineering, development, and operation of the company’s cloud solutions. Lifelong exposure and tinkering gave him a deep understanding of technology while building products, scaling teams and managing business units at startups such as Solve Media, VoiceStar (MCHX), and DOTMed.com. John also enjoys trying the newest restaurants, spending time with his family, and, of course, endlessly learning new technology. John attended the University of Maryland, College Park.
Jugal has over 10 years of experience in the healthcare domain and has worked on everything related to data whether it is data validation or data modeling or data visualization in a regulated environment. During his off time, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling along with having an avid interest in music and playing an assortment of drums.
Inside Sales Representative
Justin specializes in Inside Sales and is responsible for the first tier of the sales funnel. He has 10 years experience specializing in Inside Sales helping some of the largest technology companies in the world including Dell & HP. In Justin’s free time he can be found at the gym or rooting on his favorite Philadelphia sports team. Justin holds a B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University.
Senior Operations Engineer
Kyle specializes in cloud architecture and implementation. A pressman by trade, Kyle found technology challenges in the late 90’s working with graphic design shops during the transition to digital printing. He later worked in departmental system administration with Independence Blue Cross. He has also been responsible for hosting multiple university’s ERM, CRM, online learning, and e-mail systems with Drexel University.
Project Management Lead
Lauren has over 10 years of Project Management experience in the telecommunications field. She enjoys researching the latest in Agile, Scrum, Kanban and project management methodologies while implementing processes that allow her team to shine. Lauren can also be found testing out a new recipe, exploring Philadelphia or getting lost in a good TV show. She holds a BS in Mathematics from Monmouth University
Director, Data Warehousing
Laurie started as an APL programmer, back in the days of timesharing, and later a data modeler and data architect. She loves data of all kinds, whether it’s pristine and reliable or dirty and suspect. In fact, she never metadata she didn’t like. Laurie’s weekend passion is organic gardening. She graduated from Hampshire College where she studied statistics, artificial intelligence and music theory.

Matt is responsible for consulting with our Life Sciences clients to create optimal datasets that enable deeper patient insights. He has 10 years of experience advising clients in the healthcare data space, including roles at SDI Health, Accenture and, most recently, IMS Health. Mike is a data analyst with a deep rooted interest in the healthcare system and helping to solve problems surrounding it. His previous experience includes writing software for satellite communications and utilizing machine-learning algorithms to analyze healthcare data. Outside of the office, Mike can be found cooking and venturing to new Philadelphia neighborhoods to find hole-in-the-wall music venues and dive bars. Mike Hard is responsible for leading HealthVerity’s marketing, sales and customer success teams. Working closely with the company’s product, engineering and analytics teams Mike oversees the acquisition of new customers and further penetration into HealthVerity’s existing client base. Prior to joining HealthVerity, Hard was most recently Chief Revenue Officer at Brickwork, a retail management platform for some of the world’s largest retailers.
A 17 year executive at Microsoft, Hard held various leadership roles building new sales divisions and driving high growth revenue models. He founded Microsoft’s U.S. financial services vertical, created subsidiaries in Asia and Latin America, and most recently, was Vice President, US Online Advertising Sales. Norman is responsible for healthcare data and technology partnerships with consulting and analytics firms. Prior to HealthVerity, Norman was a consultant at Slalom Consulting and Accenture. He established hands-on data and analytics expertise working across industries and various stage companies from early startups to Fortune 500. Norman enjoys learning via books and podcasts, staying active and globetrotting. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in Health Care Management and Business Analytics as well as a BS with Honors in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Rice University.

Reyna possesses a broad knowledge of healthcare data assets and is able to guide Marketplace users through the complex world of patient data analytics. With an MS in statistics, she has more than a decade of experience programming and analyzing patient data for clinical trials, insurance companies, and pharmaceutical companies. During off hours you can find Reyna at the gym taking a group class or volunteering at her local animal shelter with her dog Piggy. Reyna received an MS in Statistics from Temple University and a BS in Mathematics from Ursinus College.

She previously served as Senior Product Manager at TriZetto where she managed a portfolio of products including medical claims and remittance data. Vice President, Revenue Operations
Tara is responsible for driving efficient sales and contracting processes within HealthVerity. She is passionate about healthcare technology and is focused on ensuring that healthcare data is accessible, transparent and useful in this complex environment. With almost 20 years experience in healthcare IT, Tara is skilled in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Sales Operations and Sales management. Tara joined us from Flatiron Health where she led Sales Operations and focused on developing scalable, core sales infrastructure. Prior to this role, Tara led Commercial Operations at both IMS Health and SDI Health. Tara holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) focused in Business Economics from The University of Hull.

Matt co-founded Veeva Systems in 2007, serves as its President and has been instrumental in building the company into a global market leader, recognized for product excellence and superior customer success. Rachel Winokur is an Advisor to Greycroft Partners and is also Chief Business Officer of Bright Health, an insurance company offering exclusive network health plans in partnership with leading health systems. Previously she was a senior executive at Aetna where she helped found and lead Healthagen, Aetna’s payer-neutral population health management business. Rachel joined Aetna from the Carlyle Group and held prior roles at Datascope, Bertelsman and Goldman Sachs.
