Mike James

Mike serves as Senior Vice President of Finance at HealthVerity, where he leads the company’s finance and accounting functions and partners closely with executive leadership to drive financial strategy, operational discipline, and long-term value creation.

Mike brings deep experience across finance, corporate strategy, and corporate development, supporting organizations through growth and increasing complexity. He has a strong track record of aligning financial strategy with business objectives, enhancing visibility into performance, and informing capital allocation and investment decisions. Prior to joining HealthVerity, Mike was a Manager of Strategy and Business Development within TE Connectivity’s Industrial Solutions segment, where he helped shape segment-level strategy, led annual and long-range planning, and supported portfolio and transaction-related initiatives. He also served on TE Connectivity’s Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions team, supporting transactions and integrations across the portfolio. Earlier in his career, Mike built a strong foundation in financial controls, risk management, and governance through internal and external audit roles at TE Connectivity and Deloitte.

Mike holds a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Loyola University Maryland.
