Philadelphia, PA — HealthVerity today announced the appointment of Heather Altieri as Senior Vice President of People, a role central to supporting the company’s growing workforce and advancing the organizational capabilities needed to meet rising demand for real-world data solutions.

The HealthVerity People team has stewarded the company’s focus on culture by recruiting employees and investing in career growth while fostering a modern workplace where people thrive across a hybrid environment. Altieri will build on this momentum as she assumes leadership of the function.

Altieri brings nearly 20 years of human resources leadership across high-growth healthcare technology and financial services organizations. She most recently served as Head of People at Patina, where she built the people function from the ground up and supported the company through growth and expansion. Prior to Patina, she spent nearly a decade at Accolade, helping the organization grow from 150 to more than 2,200 employees while leading initiatives in HR operations, business partnership, total rewards, culture, and M&A integration. She previously held HR and talent roles at The Hartford. Altieri holds an MBA in human resources from Saint Joseph’s University and a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University.
